Oliphant Awards

The Oliphant Awards began in 1981 to raise the profile and understanding of science in schools. As South Australia’s largest science competition for school students, the Oliphant Awards stimulate the involvement of students in scientific and technological discovery.

Managed through the South Australian Science Teachers Association, the Oliphant Awards are proudly sponsored by the Department of Education and Children’s Services.
