South Australia’s Strategic Plan

South Australia’s Strategic Plan (SASP) is a commitment to make this State the best it can be – prosperous, environmentally rich, culturally stimulating, offering its citizens every opportunity to live well and succeed.

SASP has six objectives:

Objective 1: Growing Prosperity
Objective 2: Improving Wellbeing
Objective 3: Attaining Sustainability
Objective 4: Fostering Creativity
Objective 5: Building Communities
Objective 6: Expanding Opportunities

Of these objectives and their associated targets, there are six explicit targets that relate to science and innovation:

Innovation

T4.6: Commercialisation of research
T4.7: Business innovation
T4.8: Broadband usage

Investment in Science, Research and Innovation

T4.9: Public expenditure
T4.10: Australian Government resources
T4.11: Business expenditure
